What People Say...
Senator Pat Carney
" I chaired the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources that published a report entitled “Protecting Places and People: Conserving Canada’s Natural Heritage” in 1996.
It concluded that once park boundaries are violated for development purposes it is difficult to control the nature of the development... Accommodation and other park services are best provided adjacent to parks, not within boundaries. "
